During pregnancy, yoga can help enhance the experience of this special time and help the mother-to-be to have a more conscious experience. Pregnancy yoga is suitable for beginners helping mothers to enjoy their pregnancy and learn breath awareness whilst strengthening the body ready for the big day. You will practice in a dedicated space with only 3 other mums to be, creating a space to connect with your baby,with your body and with other women. You are welcome to join for the 14th week or earlier if you have already been practicing yoga. in a semi-private setting ( maximum 4 ladies).
£50 for 6 weeks
